Dan Taylor , President, comes to Rivington Financial Services from Medicine Bow Energy Corporation where he served as Vice President – Accounting until the company was sold to El Paso Corporation in August 2005. Prior to joining Medicine Bow as part of the senior management team, Mr. Taylor was with Cody Energy LLC (1994-2001), where he served as Vice President of Finance and Accounting. Prior to Cody Energy, Mr. Taylor was with Hondo Magdalena Oil & Gas Company (1993-1994), a wholly owned subsidiary of Hondo Oil & Gas Company. Mr. Taylor served as the Controller of this subsidiary company that conducted exploration for oil and gas in the Magdalena Basin of Colombia, South America. From 1987 to 1992, Mr. Taylor held various positions with Hondo Oil & Gas Company, culminating as Controller from 1991-1992. Mr. Taylor began his career in 1978 with Dresser Magcobar as a drilling fluids engineer working in northern Louisiana, Mississippi and Florida. Over the past twenty-five years he has held various technical and management positions with Dresser Atlas, Yates Energy Corporation, Alexander Grant & Company CPA’s, Hondo Oil & Gas Company, Cody Energy LLC and Medicine Bow Energy Corporation. Mr. Taylor is a 1978 graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resource Planning and received his BBA degree in 1984, his CPA certification in 1986 and his MBA in 1999.

Tim McLemore, Chief Operating Officer, comes to Rivington Financial from PACCS, LLC, a Denver based outsource accounting firm, where he served as President prior to PACCS being merged with Rivington Financial Services. Prior to joining PACCS Mr. McLemore was with Encana USA as Financial Reporting Manager of the North Rockies Business Unit (2002-2003). Prior to Encana, Mr. McLemore was with Cody Energy, LLC (1995-2001) serving as the Treasurer. Prior to joining Cody Energy Mr. McLemore was President of Timothy L. McLemore, CPA (1992-1995). Prior to owning a public accounting firm Mr. McLemore was with Hondo Oil & Gas Company (1988-1992) serving in various capacities including General Accounting Manager and Revenue Accounting Manager. Prior to Hondo Mr. McLemore was associated with various public accounting firms including Alexander Grant & Company and Fox & Company. Mr. McLemore is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New Mexico and has a BBA in Accounting and Management from Eastern New Mexico State University.

Sally Pieper, Vice President, comes to Rivington Financial from PACCS, LLC where she was a principal. Prior to joining PACCS, Ms. Pieper was with Westport Resources as Revenue Supervisor of the Southern Division (2001-2003). Prior to Westport Ms. Pieper was the Revenue Manager with Cody Energy, LLC (1993-2001). Ms. Pieper is a graduate of the University of Colorado – Denver Campus.

Jose Garduno, Vice President, comes to Rivington Financial from PACCS, LLC where he was a principal. Prior to joining PACCS, Mr. Garduno was with Encana USA as Group Leader South Business Unit (2001-2003). Prior to Encana Mr. Garduno was the JIB, A/P, A/R Manager with Cody Energy, LLC (1993-2001). Mr. Garduno is a graduate of New Mexico Highlands University.

Lynda Pelton, Associate, comes to Rivington Financial from PACCS, LLC where she was Senior Revenue Accountant. Prior to joining PACCS, Ms. Pelton was with Westport Resources as Senior Revenue Accountant of the Southern Division (2001-2003). Prior to Westport Ms. Pelton was Senior Revenue Accountant with Cody Energy, LLC (1996-2001). Ms. Pelton graduated from Metro State College.

Peggy Yahrmatter, Associate, comes to Rivington Financial from PACCS, LLC where she held an accounts payable position. Prior to joining PACCS, Ms.Yahrmatter has held various positions within the oil and gas business, including land, production and accounting.
